As we start this new year, this blog will become the source of both basic and advance information on using FT Search, Fulltext, Freetext and controlled text search using SQL code as well as detailed code examples and links to specific SQL Server resources that I've collected (and wrote) over the years. I first got involved with SQL Server Full Text Search (SQL FTS) in late 1998 when SQL FTS was introduced into SQL Server 7.0 Beta3.
